El fusible de expulsión, también conocido como fusible cortacircuito, es el interruptor de protección contra cortocircuitos más utilizado en las derivaciones de líneas de distribución de energía de 10 kV y en transformadores de distribución. Se emplea principalmente en líneas de distribución de energía de 10 kV y en el lado primario de transformadores de distribución como protector y para operaciones de conmutación de equipos.

1.7 The installation site shall be free of frequent severe vibration;
1.8 The surrounding air is not obviously polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive gas or salt mist.
